Sound Footprint provides a variety of sustainability services to schools. Our holistic approach integrates classroom curriculum, campus operations, and the creation of a school-wide conservation mindset. We work with educators in the following ways:

• Workshop facilitation with Green Teams to develop a sustainability vision, goals, and action steps
• Current school assessment and sustainability recommendations
• Workshops to expand existing sustainability curricula 
• Individual consulting with teachers to guide curriculum enhancement 
• Guidance in the development of sustainability policies within the school, district, or organization

Parents

Sound Footprint supports parents in their desire to make sustainable choices at home and in the community. We seek to inspire and prepare parents to lead sustainability efforts in schools and local organizations. Our interactions with parents include the following services:

• Seminars about core concepts of sustainability at home and in schools or organizations
• Presentations for parents on the relative importance of sustainability choices we make at home
• Individual consulting on improving home practices or becoming leaders in schools or organizations

Partners

Sound Footprint collaborates with organizations such as agencies, non-profits, and businesses to implement sustainability initiatives. Our projects turn good ideas and intentions into actions with results. Sound Footprint serves organizations in the following areas:

• Workshop facilitation to identify sustainability goals
• Presentations to promote sustainability within partner organizations
• Assessment of current organizational sustainability practices
• Consulting on strategies for engaging and educating the broader community
• Fundraising and organizational development
